Arjit Agarwal graduated from Adams High School in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and is currently a student at the University of Michigan. He plans to study Economics on the pre-law track, where he looks to ultimately attend law school.
While at Adams High School, Arjit was heavily involved in many activities. First, he was a part of FRC Team 245, the AdamBots, where he served as an Impact/Chairman’s subteam lead and presenter for multiple years. Additionally, during his senior year, he served as team captain. Aside from robotics, Arjit played on the golf and tennis teams, was Vice President of the Spanish Honors Society, and was a private tutor.
Arjit began with advocacy in 2022 when he attended NAC for the first time. After attending NAC for the first time, he started many local advocacy initiatives in his Rochester Hills community. He later participated in NAC 2023 and MAC 2023. Nowadays, Arjit has been working as a writer and editor for SASA’s Newsletter since late 2023. On top of that, he is a State Advocacy Coordinator, currently working on conferences in Pennsylvania, California, Texas, and more!
Currently, Arjit attends the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, where he is an honors student as part of the LSA Honors Program. Furthermore, he is a part of the Photography Club and the Public Service Intern Program. In his free time, he enjoys making origami and watching shows on Netflix.
