Conference Overview
On November 17th, 2025, the Student Association for STEM Advocacy (SASA) is thrilled to present the Pennsylvania Advocacy Conference of Technology (PACT). PACT is a one-day event, where attendees will spend the first half of the day learning about the structure of the Pennsylvania government, how to conduct an effective advocacy meeting, and more! After lunch, attendees will then conduct advocacy meetings with their legislators to expand after school STEM educational programs. PACT will occur in Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania. - 8:30 AM to 9:10 AM – Breakfast, Networking, and Registration
- 9:10 AM to 9:20 AM – Introduction
- 9:20 AM to 10:00 AM – Advocacy 101
- 10:00 AM to 10:40 AM – Pennsylvania State Government
- 10:40 AM to 10:50 AM – Break
- 10:50 AM to 11:30 AM – Effective Meetings
- 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM – Mock Meeting and Feedback

- 12:20 PM to 12:30 PM – Final Questions and Conclusion
